Never In my foolish fantasies, I would have ever imagined that I could have Chocolate mousse while dropping weight?

Since Last Year, Keto has gone banana’s on Pinterest but what people seem to love about Keto apart from it’s amazing weight loss capabilities, are the yummy and delightful recipes you can have.

The only thing you need to take care of is the number of carbs you are eating per day which shouldn’t be more than 30g net carbs per day.

So just because you want to drop some inches off your waistline doesn’t mean at all that you have to sacrifice your sweet tooth cravings.

This keto friendly Chocolate mousse is the best no-bake keto dessert you can make which your entire family will cherish.

In merely 10 minutes, this dessert recipe uses only a handful of ingredients and can be beaten up in less than 10 minutes.

Serve it by itself or with a top of fruit!

The Keto Sweetener :

To Sweeten my Keto Chocolate Mousse, I used Stevia and after using it for almost 5 months , I don’t recommend any other Keto or Low carb sweetener.

Because It is Natural , plant-based and comes in both Liquid and powder form.

But one problem you could face is that since Stevia comes in liquid form it can make your Chocolate Mousse runny and some people also complain that it leaves a bitter aftertaste so another substitute I recommend is Swerve , It is also a great sugar substitute.

You can use it, if you want.

I really didn’t tinkled with the recipe keeping it simple and easy , requiring just 2 Ingredients.

2 Ingredient Keto Chocolate Mousse

Fluffy Chocolate Mousse with just 2 Ingredient’s , its Low Carb  , Keto and Gluten Free.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener of choice stevia or swerve
  • 1 tsp Almond extract optional
  • Dark chocolate chunks for garnish

Instructions

  1. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip heavy whipping cream with a whisk on medium speed

  2. Once it thickens, add sweetener and cocoa powder. Mix again until stiff peaks form

  3. Add almond extract if desired and whisk one last time

  4. Add to a piping bag and pipe into glass of choice

  5. Serve with extra dark chocolate!
